Who may place an order?

When will my order actually ship?
Confirmed in-stock orders are dispatched on the next business day. As soon as the carrier scans the parcel, its tracking reference is sent to the contact address on file.
Which countries do you deliver to?
Tracked delivery covers most regions. Destinations we cannot serve are blocked before checkout; if your country is not listed, message the lab desk before ordering.
Where do I find the file for my lot?
Open the lot-records portal and type the compound printed on your label. The archived mass trace, chromatogram and results table render immediately, with no login.
What does the parcel look like?
It arrives in an unmarked outer box with no supplier branding. Cold-sensitive lots are wrapped in insulated liners with a pack that maintains temperature in transit.
How is payment handled?
Checkout builds an order summary that you send over WhatsApp, Telegram or email. Pricing and payment details are then confirmed against a written quote; nothing is charged automatically.
Any guidance on reconstitution?
Introduce sterile bacteriostatic water slowly along the vial wall, then swirl the vial gently until clear. Avoid shaking or frothing; product pages carry compound-specific handling notes.
A parcel arrived damaged or never arrived. Now what?
Note the condition on delivery, photograph the outer carton and its contents within two days, and send the images to the lab desk. Eligible orders are resent or credited.
Are volume discounts available?
Per-product bands (2 to 5, 6 to 10, and 11 or more vials) are shown on each listing. For standing institutional supply, send the compound list and delivery country for a consolidated quote.
