Terms of Sale

1. Qualified buyers. Placing an order affirms that the purchaser is at least 21 and acts in a professional laboratory or institutional capacity.

2. Order acceptance. Orders may be held for the one-time account confirmation where applicable. List prices are denominated in USD and can be revised before a quote is accepted; we reserve the right to decline an order.

3. Transit. Responsibility for the parcel transfers at carrier hand-off; loss or damage in transit is addressed under the dispatch policy.

4. Limitation. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the storage, application or mishandling of supplied materials.
