Packaging & Dispatch

In-stock vials are packed and handed to the carrier on the next business day after an order is confirmed. The outer parcel is plain and unbranded, and lots that are temperature-sensitive are placed in insulated liners with a cold pack for the warm leg of transit. A tracking reference is issued for every parcel.

Most domestic addresses receive within two to four business days, while international deliveries commonly take six to twelve depending on customs. Should a parcel be seized, lost or arrive damaged, the order is resent or refunded under the terms below; orders that pass the volume threshold qualify for complimentary tracked delivery.
